This week’s walk was spent circling the lake at Fountain Hills, Arizona.
Fountain Hills is a smaller community, east of Scottsdale and Phoenix. Situated on the other side of the McDowell Mountains from the rest of the valley, it’s a secluded little gem of a city with a deep love of all things art.
A fountain shoots into the air for about 10 minutes at the top of every hour. On a hot day, people are grateful to stand in its mist 😉
I am grateful to walk on grass and under trees. 🌳
The art in and around the lake is plentiful and beautiful.
The views in Fountain Hills are amazing.
I especially love this sculpture of a little girl and her pony.
